Proposals And Project Agreements
Project scope, deliverables, assumptions, timeline, fees, payment schedule, revision limits, dependencies, support, ownership transfer, and acceptance criteria should be confirmed in a written proposal, statement of work, invoice, or service agreement. Estimates remain subject to discovery and confirmed requirements.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for timely feedback, accurate requirements, lawful content, authorized access to accounts and systems, approved brand assets, necessary licenses, privacy disclosures, stakeholder decisions, and payments. Delays in these items may affect schedule, cost, or delivery.

Fees, Invoices, And Taxes
Fees and payment milestones are stated in the applicable proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, work may pause when a payment is overdue. Clients are responsible for applicable taxes, banking charges, platform fees, licenses, hosting, domains, and third-party subscriptions not expressly included in the project price.

Cancellation And Suspension
Cancellation, refunds, notice periods, work completed, committed third-party costs, and transfer of partial deliverables are governed by the applicable project agreement. Titan Codes may suspend work for overdue payment, unlawful use, security risk, abusive conduct, or a material breach of agreed responsibilities.

Intellectual Property And Ownership
Unless a project agreement states otherwise, Titan Codes retains ownership of working files, reusable know-how, pre-existing tools, and unpaid deliverables. After full payment, clients receive the ownership or license rights expressly described in the project agreement. Third-party software, fonts, plugins, APIs, stock assets, and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.

Website content is provided for general information and may not be copied, republished, scraped, reverse engineered, attacked, misused, or presented as another company work without permission. You must not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, disrupt the website, submit unlawful material, or use forms for spam.

Project-specific liability terms and any agreed limits are governed by the signed project agreement.
