Project scope, deliverables, assumptions, timeline, fees, payment schedule, revision limits, dependencies, support, ownership transfer, and acceptance criteria should be confirmed in a written proposal, statement of work, invoice, or service agreement. Estimates remain subject to discovery and confirmed requirements.
Clients are responsible for timely feedback, accurate requirements, lawful content, authorized access to accounts and systems, approved brand assets, necessary licenses, privacy disclosures, stakeholder decisions, and payments. Delays in these items may affect schedule, cost, or delivery.
Fees and payment milestones are stated in the applicable proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, work may pause when a payment is overdue. Clients are responsible for applicable taxes, banking charges, platform fees, licenses, hosting, domains, and third-party subscriptions not expressly included in the project price.
Requests outside the approved scope may require a change order, revised estimate, additional timeline, or separate project phase. Included revision rounds and acceptance windows should be defined in the project agreement so feedback remains focused and measurable.
Cancellation, refunds, notice periods, work completed, committed third-party costs, and transfer of partial deliverables are governed by the applicable project agreement. Titan Codes may suspend work for overdue payment, unlawful use, security risk, abusive conduct, or a material breach of agreed responsibilities.
Unless a project agreement states otherwise, Titan Codes retains ownership of working files, reusable know-how, pre-existing tools, and unpaid deliverables. After full payment, clients receive the ownership or license rights expressly described in the project agreement. Third-party software, fonts, plugins, APIs, stock assets, and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
Both parties should protect non-public business, technical, customer, credential, and project information disclosed for an engagement. Confidential information should be used only for the agreed purpose and shared only with people or providers who reasonably need access. Separate confidentiality terms may be signed where required.
Projects may depend on hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, app stores, analytics tools, AI models, APIs, plugins, cloud platforms, or other third parties. Their availability, pricing, policies, security, and product changes are outside the control of Titan Codes. Clients remain responsible for reviewing and maintaining their third-party accounts and terms.
